Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Dice potatoes into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
While potatoes are cooking, season the chicken breast with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over the seasoned chicken.
Step 5
After 10 minutes, add the chicken breast to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.
Step 6
Check if the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C / 165°F). If not, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
