Step 1
Separate fresh broad rice noodles. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and crushed bird's eye chilies. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3
Add minced chicken and stir-fry, breaking it up, until cooked through and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Add sliced onion and chopped green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Add broad rice noodles and the prepared sauce to the wok. Toss vigorously to combine all ingredients and ensure noodles are well coated. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add holy basil leaves and toss quickly for 30 seconds until basil wilts. Serve immediately.
