Step 1
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic into small pieces.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add bacon lardons and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet.

Cook vegetables and bacon together for another 2 minutes.

Add ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula.
