Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Step 2
Toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Roast chickpeas in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.

While chickpeas roast, chop cucumber, tomato, and red onion for fresh toppings.
