Step 1
Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brush with a small amount of olive oil.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice against the grain into strips.
