Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.

Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

Stir in spinach and pizza sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese.
Step 6
In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat until ingredients run out.
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes.
