Step 1
Separate fresh wide rice noodles. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and crushed chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until very fragrant.
Step 3
Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 4
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok. Add noodles and about half of the prepared sauce. Stir-fry vigorously for 2-3 minutes, ensuring noodles are coated and slightly charred.
Step 5
Return chicken to the wok. Add bell pepper and green beans. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 6
Add holy basil leaves and the remaining sauce. Toss quickly for 30 seconds until basil wilts and all ingredients are well combined. Serve immediately.
