Step 1
Chop kimchi, carrot, and green onion into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan; add carrots and kimchi, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny side up.
Step 5
Serve rice topped with fried eggs and chopped green onions.
