Step 1
Cut pork shoulder into 2-inch chunks. Place in a slow cooker.
Step 2
Juice the orange and lime over the pork. Add minced garlic, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until pork is very tender.
Step 4
Remove pork from the slow cooker, reserving the liquid. Shred the pork with two forks.
Step 5
Spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a few spoonfuls of the reserved cooking liquid.
Step 6
Broil for 5-10 minutes, flipping once, until the edges are crispy and caramelized. Serve hot.
