Step 1
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
Step 2
In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown.

Add chopped bell pepper, broccoli, and minced garlic to the pan, stirring for 5 minutes.
