Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta, half mozzarella, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden; let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
