Step 1
Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat remaining sesame oil over medium-high heat, add chicken, and stir-fry until golden brown, around 5 minutes.
