Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns light golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Cook until tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the crumbled or grated paneer and salt. Mix gently but thoroughly, ensuring not to mash the paneer too much.
