Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they splutter.

Add diced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the potatoes and cauliflower. Stir to coat with spices, then cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until tender.
