Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While noodles cook, mince garlic finely.

In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss vigorously to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
