Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted; remove from heat.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine ricotta, sautéed spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
Step 7
Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
