Step 1
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Prepare the lemon-dill sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.

Thread marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
