Step 1
Pound garlic and chilies in mortar and pestle until bruised
Step 2
Add long beans cut into 2-inch pieces and pound gently to bruise
Step 3
Add shredded green papaya and lightly pound to release juices
Step 4
Mix lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar together in small bowl
Step 5
Pour dressing into mortar and toss everything together
Step 6
Add cherry tomatoes and half the peanuts, toss gently
Step 7
Transfer to serving plate and top with remaining peanuts and dried shrimp
