Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, besan, and salt to form a thick marinade.

Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion to the marinade. Gently toss to ensure everything is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers, alternating them.
Step 4
Brush the skewers lightly with oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until paneer is golden and slightly charred. If grilling, grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
Step 5
Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
