Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
Step 3
Mix sautéed spinach with ricotta, salt, pepper, and basil in a bowl.
Step 4
Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
Step 5
Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
