Step 1
Bring large pot of salted water to boil
Step 2
Add noodles and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes

Heat oil in wok over high heat, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant

Add chopped chives and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant

Drain noodles and toss into wok with soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper
