Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4
Add spinach and cook until wilted; remove from heat and let cool.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
Step 7
Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Step 8
Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
