Step 1
Rinse glutinous rice under cold water until water runs clear
Step 2
Combine rice and water in rice cooker, cook until tender and sticky, about 20 minutes
Step 3
While rice cooks, heat coconut milk with sugar and salt in small saucepan over medium heat

Stir until sugar dissolves completely, do not boil
Step 5
Transfer cooked rice to bowl and pour half the coconut mixture over it, fold gently until combined
Step 6
Let rice rest for 10 minutes to absorb the coconut flavor
Step 7
Peel and slice mangoes, arrange on serving plates
Step 8
Mound sticky rice beside mango, drizzle with remaining coconut sauce, top with sesame seeds
