Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased baking dish.
Step 4
Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
