Step 1
Pound the chicken breasts until they are an even thickness for quick and even cooking.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix together the lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Season both sides of the chicken.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F). Remove from heat and let rest before cutting into pieces.

Make the Caesar Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Reserve some for dipping.
Step 5
Chop the lettuce and cooked chicken, add it to the dressing. Add in the Parmesan shavings and croutons, and toss everything together until well coated in the dressing.
Step 6
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Add a generous amount of the Caesar salad in the middle of the tortilla.
Step 7
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Toast the wrap for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden.
