Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Sauté garlic in olive oil, then mix with spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, cooked spinach, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and repeat until ingredients are used.
Step 5
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
