Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced red onion and minced garlic until soft.

Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, feta cheese, salt, pepper, and dill.
Step 5
Pour egg mixture over the spinach and onion in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
