Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in large mixing bowl

Whisk eggs with milk and vanilla, then add to flour mixture

Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes until shaggy dough forms

Gradually add softened butter while mixing until fully incorporated and dough is smooth

Fold in candied orange peel and golden raisins
