Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water.
Step 2
While spaghetti cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic is golden.
Step 4
Drain spaghetti, reserving some pasta water, and toss with garlic oil and parsley.
Step 5
If needed, add a little pasta water to loosen the sauce, then serve with Parmesan.
