Step 1
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in a microwave.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Fold half of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate to create the mousse.
Step 4
Layer the chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and chocolate biscuit crumbs into glasses.
Step 5
Top each parfait with mini chocolate eggs.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
