Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then add to a food processor.

Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, and water to the processor.

Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut whole wheat pita into triangles, place on a baking sheet, and lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and paprika.

Bake the pita chips for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
