Step 1
Dice onion, carrots, and celery finely
Step 2
Heat olive oil in large pot and sauté onion, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes

Mince garlic and add to pot, cook for 1 minute until fragrant

Add diced zucchini and green beans, cook for 3 minutes
Step 5
Pour in canned tomatoes with juice and vegetable broth
Step 6
Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes

Add cannellini beans and ditalini pasta, cook until pasta is tender
Step 8
Stir in fresh basil and season with salt and pepper to taste

Serve hot with drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan
