Step 1
Mix rice flour, turmeric, and water in a bowl until smooth. Let batter rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a hot skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add pork belly and shrimp. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add bean sprouts and green onions to the skillet, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour a ladle of the batter over the filling and cover. Cook until edges are crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot with lettuce leaves for wrapping and hoisin or fish sauce for dipping.
